04 / BACKGROUND

A career spanning operations, research, and software.

My professional background began with planning and carrying out air operations in the Brazilian Air Force, with responsibilities in mission coordination, logistics, risk management, and operational analysis.

I expanded this foundation through training in operational analysis and a master’s degree at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), focusing on systems approaches to strategic problem structuring at a military science and technology institution.

Since 2024, I have led the technical development of DocShifts, connecting requirements definition, product planning, and software delivery.

My experience in operations and management shapes my approach to development: first understand the system, then decide what to build.
